What was the highlight of Tokyu Stay Ginza
Thoroughly enjoyed the convenient location of Tokyu Hotel Ginza.
Excellent location close to metro, shops and restaurants. It is great that the hotel is just a few minutes walk to Higashi Ginza station. There are large department stores like Mitsukoshi and Matsuya as well as a pharmacy, convenient store nearby and Ippudo Ramen is just steps away from the rear exit of the hotel lobby. Although we didn't interact much with the staff except for check in/out and asking directions, the staff we encountered were all very helpful and friendly.
Rooms were a little too small for two people as we kept getting into each other's way but it is acceptable for the great location. There is only one time cleaning offered for a 7 night stay which is too infrequent.

Wonderful
Good facilities and prime location (walking distance to Ginza and Higashi Ginza line which has direct train access to the Tokyo airports).
Washer’s drying function takes too long to dry the clothes. Took many cycles and spins to ensure the clothes are dry enough to be kept.
